NorthWood Homes, Inc. is a company with extensive experience and expertise in modular construction and design.

We have been installing modular homes in the Catskills and Hudson Valley, including Ulster, Greene, Sullivan, Dutchess and surrounding counties of New York State since 1988.

We specialize in custom designed, factory-built homes. This means our clients may make any number of modifications to pre-designed models or even design a custom plan to meet their particular needs and desires. We also give in-depth site and project analysis so that the construction of your modular home can proceed as smoothly as possible.
